We are dedicated to providing our guests with a safe, secure, and supportive environment where they can enjoy our gaming facilities responsibly. Our staff is trained to recognize signs of problem gambling and to provide assistance when needed.

2. Responsible Gaming Principles

Our responsible gaming program is guided by the following principles:

  • Prevention: We aim to prevent gambling-related harm through education and awareness.
  • Protection: We protect vulnerable individuals, including minors and those at risk of developing gambling problems.
  • Support: We provide resources and support for guests who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling.
  • Collaboration: We work with local and international organizations specializing in problem gambling prevention and treatment.

3. Age Restrictions

The minimum age to enter our casino and participate in any gambling activities is 21 years. We strictly enforce this policy and conduct ID verification upon entry to our casino.

Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted in gaming areas, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult. Minors may use other resort facilities as appropriate.

4. Self-Exclusion Program

We offer a self-exclusion program for guests who wish to restrict their access to our gambling facilities. Through this program, guests can voluntarily exclude themselves from:

  • Entering the casino
  • Participating in specific games
  • Using gaming credit facilities

Self-exclusion can be requested for periods ranging from 6 months to lifetime. To enroll in the self-exclusion program, please contact our responsible gaming ambassador or visit the casino reception desk.

5. Setting Limits

  • Trying unsuccessfully to cut down or stop gambling
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to finance gambling
  • Feeling irritable when trying to cut down on gambling

7. Staff Training

All our casino staff receive comprehensive training on responsible gaming. This includes:

  • Understanding and recognizing the signs of problem gambling
  • Appropriate intervention techniques
  • Knowledge of support resources and referral procedures
  • Regular refresher training to maintain awareness

Our dedicated Responsible Gaming Ambassadors receive additional specialized training and are available on the casino floor during all operating hours.

8. Responsible Service of Alcohol

We recognize that alcohol consumption can impair judgment and potentially lead to irresponsible gambling decisions. Therefore, we:

  • Train our staff in the responsible service of alcohol
  • Do not serve alcoholic beverages to visibly intoxicated guests
  • Do not provide complimentary alcoholic beverages to actively gambling guests
  • Offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options
