1. Introduction
Welcome to Travodeo Casino Hotel Resort. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including all bookings and stays at our resort. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations and Bookings
2.1 Booking Process
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
To confirm a reservation, we require:
- Valid credit card details for guarantee
- Full name as it appears on your identification
- Contact information (email and phone number)
- Estimated arrival time
2.2 Deposit and Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
For peak season bookings (December 15 - January 15 and June 1 - August 31), full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3 Rates and Taxes
All rates are quoted in USD and include applicable local taxes and resort fees. Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
Special promotional rates may have different terms and conditions, which will be specified at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
3.1 Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival date: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund of the deposit
- Cancellations made 0-14 days prior to arrival date: No refund
For peak season bookings, cancellations made at any time are non-refundable.
3.2 Modification Policy
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
Requests to modify bookings must be submitted in writing via email.
Shortening stays within the cancellation period will be subject to the cancellation policy for the nights removed.
3.3 No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered no-shows and charged the full amount of their stay.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM local time
Check-out time: 11:00 AM local time
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
5. Resort Policies
5.1 Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for accommodations.
Casino access is restricted to guests 21 years of age and older.
5.2 Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per accommodation type is strictly enforced for safety and comfort reasons:
- Overwater Bungalows: Maximum 2 adults and 1 child
- Beachfront Villas: Maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
- Treehouse Suites: Maximum 2 adults
- Family Bungalows: Maximum 4 adults and 2 children
5.3 Pet Policy
Due to our sensitive marine environment and wildlife, pets are not permitted on the resort property, with the exception of certified service animals.
5.4 Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and on the overwater bungalow decks. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the property.
A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
6. Environmental and Cultural Responsibility
At Travodeo Casino Hotel Resort, we are committed to preserving the natural environment and respecting local culture. All guests must adhere to our environmental and cultural guidelines, which include:
- No removal of coral, shells, or marine life from the reef
- Proper disposal of waste in designated containers
- Use of reef-safe sunscreen only
- Respectful behavior towards local customs and traditions
- Compliance with all conservation measures in place
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines or expulsion from the resort without refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
Travodeo Casino Hotel Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend that guests secure travel insurance that covers personal belongings and trip cancellations.
Guests participate in water activities and excursions at their own risk. While we maintain safety standards, all guests are required to sign liability waivers before participating in certain activities.
8. Force Majeure
Travodeo Casino Hotel Resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemics.
In case of such events, we will work with affected guests to reschedule their stay or provide appropriate refunds as circumstances allow.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Pacific Island nation where our resort is located.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of said nation.
10. Amendments to Terms
Travodeo Casino Hotel Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
For reservations already confirmed, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking will apply.
